I can’t say enough about Robyn and Owen’s team. They did a deep cleaning of my mom’s house and the results were remarkable. Robyn was thorough, kind, and was so communicative throughout. The whole job was amazing but especially the kitchen/bathroom areas and the fridges, things looked brand new. I was wanting to move into my new apartment asap but the apartment grime was too much handle on my own and was delaying my move. I reached out to Strategic H&B and they got back to me almost instantly and I was lucky enough to have them come in the next day due to a cancellation. Robyn and Owen did an AMAZING job with the entire apartment including windows, cabinets, and appliances. The previous tenant was a smoker and Robyn and Owen were able to remove so much grime and residue left behind because of the cigarette smoke! I honestly have to share my experience because this was a lesson learned for me.

I am a lawyer by profession, so professionalism, communication, and people keeping their word are things I truly value. When I hire a company, I expect a certain level of responsibility and respect for my time.

I originally reached out to(STRATEGIC H&B CLEANERS)because I needed my home professionally cleaned. My wife was actually the one who suggested we go with them. She spent time reading through their reviews, looking at customer experiences, and comparing them with other companies. After seeing how many great reviews STRATEGIC H&B CLEANERS had, she was already convinced they were the right choice.

Looking back now, I really should have listened to my wife from the beginning.

Instead, I decided to do what a lot of people do and shop around. I wanted to compare my options and make sure I was making the right decision. I ended up booking another cleaning company because I thought I would explore my choices.

Honestly, that was a mistake.

The other company seemed fine at first, but just days before my scheduled cleaning, they canceled on me. I tried to be understanding because things happen, but when I attempted to reschedule, the experience became extremely frustrating. My calls and messages were not handled professionally, and some of the interactions were honestly ridiculous. At one point, I was even hung up on.

As someone who deals with professionalism and communication every day in my own career, I was disappointed by the way the situation was handled.

After that experience, I called (STRATEGIC H&B CLEANERS) back. Looking back, I should have hired them from the beginning. The reviews my wife read were accurate — their reputation, customer feedback, and professionalism stood out for a reason.

The difference was immediate. They were professional, responsive, respectful, and most importantly, they showed up exactly as promised.

No excuses. No last-minute cancellation. No chasing them down.

The cleaning itself was incredible. My home has honestly never looked this good. The attention to detail, professionalism, organization, and quality of work was on another level. Everything looked refreshed, smelled amazing, and felt like a true professional cleaning company had taken care of my home.

I am also going to share some before-and-after pictures because the transformation was amazing. They are not only excellent at what they do, but they are genuinely great people. They had a great attitude, were super respectful, and treated my home with the same care they would give their own.

This experience really showed me the difference between hiring a professional cleaning company versus just hiring someone to clean. Reliability, communication, attitude, and professionalism matter just as much as the cleaning itself.

Sometimes shopping around and trying to find a better option can lead you in the wrong direction. The best decision is not always the cheapest one — it is choosing a company you can trust to do what they say they will do.
